Each resident in a community has a resident chart, which is called a resident record in QVR. All of the resident's information is accessed from their resident record.
Resident Header
Information
The resident header has the name and a photo of the resident, along with basic and important personal information.
Navigation
Click on the "Summary" link to return to the resident's record summary wherever you may be in the resident's record. See the Record Summary section of this help topic to learn more about the record summary.
Click on the "View Full Nav" link to get a full view of the resident record navigation. See the Resident Navigation section of this help topic to learn more about the resident navigation.
Click on the "Record Settings" link to have access to the resident's document library. Documents can be uploaded to the resident's record through the document library.
Alert Bar
The alert bar contains very important information, alerts, and warnings for a resident. These alerts and warnings can be chosen from a pre-made list of options, and custom items can be added as well.
Resident Navigation
The resident navigation is organized to keep similar items together.
Each tab is a dropdown, that contains different forms and places to store information.
The information in the resident header and record summary comes from the forms in the resident navigation.
Take time to review all the items in the resident navigation to understand what information can be found there.
Make sure to take advantage of all the features that QVR offers.
Record Summary
The record summary contains more information about the resident. The information comes from different forms that have been filled out in the resident record.
The record summary can be printed out by clicking on the "Print" button on the top right. This is useful for when a resident visits a doctor or goes to the hospital, because all of their most important information can be given to the doctors/emergency personnel.
