Nursing Notes allow the ability to document a medical note in a resident record, track events, identify resident specific trends and connect nursing progress notes to Behavior Plans, Incident Reports or any specific Trackable Event.
Each resident in a community has a resident chart, which is called a resident record in QVR. All of the resident's information is accessed from their resident record.

The Record Summary shows all of the important resident information. This report can be printed for doctors appointments and other hospital/ER visits. It is a useful tool for entering resident information and quickly identifying information missing in the resident record.
The Shift Change Acknowledgement Report provides a way for staff to acknowledge they've read all the Staff Shift Change Notes and Nursing Progress Notes throughout the last five days. The Shift Change Acknowledgments serves as a great communication tool.
